Personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to your unique fitness and wellness goals. These 45-minute sessions offer customized guidance and support to enhance your movement and overall health. We offer three distinct personal training options for you to choose from:

1. Introductory Package
  • Initial assessment + One personalized session

  • A chance to sample a new fitness model before making a commitment
2. Monthly Plan: One Session a Week

Tall Pines Players Club - Natural Movement for GOLF

This program is designed to help improve flexibility, strength, & golf-specific movement. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just starting out, it is perfect for men and women of all ages.

  • Program Dates: January 30th – March 31st (Classes will be held on Mondays & Thursdays)
  • Times: Two time slots available – 4:30pm or 5:30pm – 50-minute sessions
  • Location: Banquet room at Tall Pines Players Club
  • Program Outline:
  • Mobility, Flexibility, & Range of Motion (Jan. 31 – Feb. 17)
  • Strength Conditioning & Power (Feb. 20 – Mar. 10)
  • Golf-Specific Movements + Integration of all previous classes (Mar. 14 – Mar. 31)

Montrose Wellness Arts Center - Natural Movement for GOLF

Enhance your flexibility, strength, and golf-specific movements with this 7-week series. Perfect for both seasoned golfers and beginners, it caters to men and women of all ages.

  • Program Dates: February 26th – April 13th (Classes will be held on Wednesdays & Sundays)
  • Times: Wednesday – 6:00pm and Sunday – 2:00pm – 60-minute sessions
  • Location: Montrose Wellness Arts Center
  • Program Outline:
  • Mobility, Flexibility, & Range of Motion (Feb. 26 – Mar. 9)
  • Strength Conditioning & Power (Mar. 12 – Mar. 23)
  • Golf-Specific Movements + Integration of all previous classes (Mar. 26 – Apr. 13)

Note: If you prefer to pay with cash, you can do so on the day of the event. Please bring the exact amount to ensure a smooth transaction. Please continue to select and book your desired class(es) below. Thank you!

How to Select Your Classes:

  1. Review the Class Schedule: Check out our current offerings.
  2. Choose Your Sessions: Select the classes you want to attend. Remember, you can only book up to the number of sessions you’ve purchased.
  3. Confirm Your Booking: Once you’ve made your selections, confirm your booking to secure your spot in each class you will be attending.

Cancellation Policy for Backwoods MSW Classes

  1. No Refunds: Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed classes.

  2. Transferable Classes: If you miss a class, you may transfer your spot to another class, provided there is space available. Please contact us in advance to arrange the transfer.

  3. Notification: To be eligible for a class transfer, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

  4. Space Availability: Transfers are subject to space availability in the desired class. We cannot guarantee a spot in a specific class.

  5. Non-Transferable: If you do not notify us within the specified time frame or if there is no space available in other classes, the missed class will not be transferable.
